I have not been able to put on weight for many years until I started using Muscle Milk. Firstly, I would like to say that I believe not all products work for all people, so if this doesnt work for you, it doesnt mean this is a bad product. That goes for all supplements. As for Muscle Milk, I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to gain muscle and stregth. My bench went up from 250lbs to 325lbs in the space of a few months. I combined Muscle Milk with a good diet and got big results
